Maheshbabu Gattamaneni was born in August in 1975.His father
was a actor in telugu film industry. His first film was needa at the age of four.
After that in 1999 he debuted with Rajakumarudu movie which was directed by
K.Ragavendra Rao.In 2003 he acted in Okkadu in Gunasekhar’s direction which was
a blockbuster hit and made him a star hero. In 2001 he acted in krishnavamshi’s
direction the movie name is called Murari.In 2005 acted in athadu movie
directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
In 2005, maheshbabu married Namratha .He acted in pokiri which was
produced by his sister and this film changed his stardom to next level. This
film celebrated 100 days in 200 centres and 175 days in 60 centers which was a record.
For this film he received his second film fare award. After this he acted in
sainikudu which is flop at box-office. In 2010 he acted in Khaleja which is
also a flop movie.
Again he proved himself by making
dookudu as a blockbuster in 2011 which was directed by sreenu vytla.For this
movie he received his third film fare award as a best actor. Next his movies
are business man and seethamma vakitlo sirimella chettu both became huge hits in
his career. He is also brand ambassador of Navratna oil, thumsup, santoor soap,
TVS, Idea mobile, Amruthanjan and Royal Stag
